Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Return: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how to return the package. Please note, items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you notice any damage, defect, or if the wrong item was shipped, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. We want to ensure you’re completely satisfied.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:

The quickest way to get the item you want is by returning the item you have. Once the return is accepted, simply place a new order for the desired item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing any reason. The item must be returned in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
